LEBRON JAMES FINDS $100 MILLION

The Homies want to tell their own stories and now they have $100 million to help do it.

The basketball star and his business partner Maverick Carter announced the formation of a new media company, SpringHill Co., which will be supported by a $100 million funding round.

Bloomberg Businessweek, originally published the cover story which said which said the duo formed the company on March 11, the same day the NBA halted its season after Utah Jazz all-star center Rudy Gobert tested positive for coronavirus. 

The company, SpringHill Co., consolidates James' marketing agency Robot Co. with entertainment companies SpringHill Entertainment and Uninterrupted LLC, according to Bloomberg. SpringHill Entertainment is behind TV shows such as "The Wall" and such films as the upcoming sequel to "Space Jam."

KANYE WEST NARROWS THE GAP

Kanye West has just inked a deal till 2030 to fulfill his mission of providing clothing for the masses.

The rapper and his fashion company just landed a 10-year deal with Gap to launch a new clothing line called Yeezy Gap. The retailer -- widely known as a mall brand -- will introduce the Yeezy merch in the first half of 2021 in its stores and online.

The mega retail deal reportedly starts this month and comes with the option to renew at the 5-year mark ... at which point Gap expects YZY to be generating $1 BILLION in sales.

The struggling retailer only hauled in a total of $4.6 billion globally in 2019. But, considering Kanye's Yeezy shoe line topped $1 billion in sales last year ... it's certainly possible that they could reach those numbers ... they hope.

Ironic, he goes back to the company that he once worked for before he became the Kanye West we all know today.

OH NO!! THREE NEW SYMPTOMS HAVE BEEN ASSOCIATED TO COVID-19

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently updated a list of symptoms associated with COVID-19. The new symptoms include congestion or runny nose, nausea, and diarrhea.

The new symptoms join a growing list, which already includes fever or chills, coughing, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, and a sore throat.

A new study found that the most common symptom is fever, followed by a cough. The findings, published in the online journal PLOS ONE, showed that patients reported having a fever in 78% of COVID-19 cases. The second most common symptom was a cough, which was reported by 57% of patients.

Fatigue was reported by 31% of patients, while 25% said they lost their sense of smell, and 23% had difficulty breathing.

The CDC identified specific warning signs for COVID-19 and advised anybody showing the following symptoms to seek immediate medical attention.

• Trouble breathing
• Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
• New confusion
• Inability to wake or stay awake
• Bluish lips or face
