Nelly Settles Lawsuit With Rape Accuser

Nelly has mutually settled his lawsuit with the woman who claims he raped her on a tour bus.

According to TMZ, the woman named Monique Greene, says Nelly assaulted her with both oral and vaginal sex against her will.

Greene then says she screamed she wanted off of the bus and Nelly threw a $100 bill at her and said "bye-bye."

Nelly countersued Greene claiming the sex was consensual and that she defamed him.

Nelly's lawyers say both parties agreed to dismiss their cases and no money changed hands.

An attorney for Monique says it's true both parties dismissed their cases but disputes Nelly's lawyer's statement that no money changed hands.
