Lauryn Hill Lands First Fashion Campaign



Lauryn Hill has added another iconic move to her legacy!

Ms. Hill will star in her first fashion campaign in collaboration with 'Woolrich since 1830 - American Soul.’

This is the first collection designed by Lauryn Hill although she's allegedly been designing and sewing her own clothing for the past five years.

Jay-Z's "Rest In Power: The Trayvon Martin Story" Documentary Premieres

Jay-Z premiered the first episode of his six-part documentary series "Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story" on Paramount Network and BET.

Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story is the second recent documentary produced by Jay-Z since Time: The Kalief Browder Story.

His latest series goes in depth about the 2012 murder of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman. The opening episode analyzes the media's role in Martin's death, the controversial "Stand Your Ground" law, and much more.

Episode two of Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story air on BET and Paramount on Aug. 6.

Lauryn Hill Reportedly Suing Her Cousin For $65,000


Lauryn Hill reportedly loaned her cousin Gerald Hill $65,000 that he never paid back.

According to a lawsuit obtained by Bossip, the singer is suing for breach of contract. 

Lauryn's cousin signed a contract agreeing to either pay her back within 3 months with no interest or pay 10 percent interest after three months. 

After a year, Lauryn now believes he never had intentions on paying her back at all. 

Now she's requesting the $65,000 back, interest, plus damages.
