Suge Knight Gets 28-Year Plea Deal In Murder Case



Suge Knight struck a plea deal in his murder case from 2015.

According to TMZ, Suge will get 28 years in prison after pleading no contest to voluntary manslaughter.

Knight will get credit for the 3 1/2 years he's already served and will also be on parole for 3 years after serving his prison sentence. 

Knight claimed he wasn't trying to run over the men he hit -- but "merely trying to escape" because he thought they were about to shoot him.

Suge Knight's Murder Trial Set To Finally Begin


Suge Knight's murder trial for fatally running a man over with his truck is finally set to begin. 
The jury selection begins Monday where the jurors will determine if Knight was trying to run over Terry Carter or if he was trying to flee.

Suge claims he wasn't trying to run either man over but instead was trying to escape out of fear he would be killed.

Suge's legal team claimed Bone and Terry both had guns. We'll see what unfolds as the trial begins.
